1 pound brussel sprouts, trimmed and quartered
1/2 pound bacon, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
Salt and Pepper to taste
Fry bacon in large skillet or wok until crispy. Set aside on paper towels to drain.
Add butter to skillet and let melt. Toss in brussel sprouts and coat with butter. Salt and pepper to taste and continue to saute the brussel sprouts until crisp tender. Be careful not to overcook and the sprouts will be soggy.
When sprouts are ready, sprinkle bacon on them and serve.
