Bacon Brussel Sprouts2015-02-27
1 pound brussel sprouts
10 slices bacon
Salt and Pepper
Rinse the brussel sprouts and cut off stem then quarter each sprout. Place in bowl and set aside.
In a deep skillet or wok, fry the bacon until very crisp and place on paper towels and set aside.
Add brussel sprouts to bacon fat in skillet over medium heat. Cook until brussel sprouts are soft and starting to brown a little.
Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper to taste. Break the bacon into bits and toss with the brussell sprouts.
