Beef Bone Broth2012-03-30
This is a nutrient dense broth that is a quick pick me up especially on a cold day.

- 1 pound beef rib bones leftover from BBQ beef ribs
- 3 cubes beef buillion
- 1 head garlic peeled
- 4 cups reserved broth from boiling ribs
- After serving ribs, save the bones and place in large pot with reserved boiling broth. Add head of garlic, bullion cubes and more water if necessary. Let simmer on low heat for several hours. Strain and refrigerate.
